By accessing or using any services provided by Myeshia, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms:

1. Service Agreement

Myeshia provides coaching services designed to guide individuals toward emotional wellness. These services are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or professional counseling but aim to support personal growth and development.

2. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and take confidentiality seriously. Any information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law or in situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others. Myeshia adheres to the ethical guidelines of mental health professionals and ensures a safe, non-judgmental space for all clients.

3. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Coaching sessions must be paid in full prior to the scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in a cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for missed appointments.

4. Disclaimer

While Myeshia holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and has extensive experience in mental health counseling, coaching services are distinct from clinical therapy. The results of coaching vary depending on individual commitment, circumstances, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Myeshia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services provided. You agree to release and discharge Myeshia from all claims and liabilities associated with the coaching process.

6. Client Responsibilities

To benefit fully from coaching, clients are expected to actively participate in sessions, complete agreed-upon tasks, and be open to the coaching process. Myeshia provides support, guidance, and resources but does not make decisions for clients.

7. Termination of Services

Both parties have the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time. Myeshia reserves the right to terminate services if it is determined that coaching is not appropriate for the client’s needs or if there is a breach of these terms.

8. Governing Law
